STAGE @ MAPLE
A training and work experience to discover and demonstrate your value.

An internship at Maple is a valuable opportunity to begin putting the skills you have acquired through your studies into practice and develop your ability to work methodically to solve real problems, as part of a stimulating and competitive work team.
If you are looking for an internship just to add to your resume and are not interested in leaving a concrete mark, Maple is not the place for you. However, if you are truly motivated and design is the field in which you want to build your future career, we would be delighted to meet you and discuss the terms and timing of an internship with us. Over the years, many young people, both Italian and foreign, have done internships with us, either on a direct contract or as part of European and international projects in which Maple participates.
We have few rules for internships, but they are very clear, starting with the main one: the exchange of value in an internship must be a balanced “do ut des.” Offering a quality internship has a specific and rather high cost for Maple, and we expect to be repaid with seriousness and commitment.
You may be interested to know that Maple has a second rule: if (as we always hope) the intern's skills and abilities are applied to projects with measurable returns, the intern receives a bonus equal to the compensation received by one of our permanent employees or consultants for the same work.
In any case, every project contribution has a name and surname, which means that even when studies and simulations remain without immediate commercial applications, those who created them retain intellectual property and usage rights in proportion to their contribution.
