VENTURE KANBAN

Kanban Boards, Cards, and Methods for Venture Design and Venture Building.

The term kanban (kan-ban) literally means “billboard” in Japanese. Kanban originated in Japan at Toyota as a method for controlling and optimizing production, but over time, various management systems, agile software development, and then Lean Business have been developed based on its logic.

Venture Kanban is a powerful framework of tools and methods specifically designed to manage the workflow related to Venture Design and Venture Building. For this area, we have developed and tested a series of standard and customizable “components” to cover virtually all phases and areas of Venture.

Please note: we are not just talking about startups—although this is an ideal context for its use—but any “new venture,” whether for-profit or non-profit, in micro-enterprises as well as SMEs and large public and private organizations.

If you would like to find out more and perhaps attend a brief presentation of the method, call us on our TOLL-FREE NUMBER 800 629 691 or contact us using your preferred method.
